2012
In May 2012 Andreas Demetriades FRICS established A Demetriades & Partners in Nicosia, Cyprus, to provide quantity surveying services and operate as cost and project management consultants. From the beginning, we aimed to be a trusted partner to our clients, following the highest professional standards and keeping up to date with the latest technological innovations. Over the next decade, our company built a loyal client base, retaining many clients for more than 10 years, and today the client base continues to grow.
2022
In October 2022, DG Jones and Partners acquired A. Demetriades & Partners, marking a new chapter in our company’s story. This strategic partnership will enhance our capacity to provide cost consultancy and will operate under the name DG Jones Demetriades. We continue to offer proven consultancy services while embracing new technologies and look forward to serving our valued clients in new ways.
Our Team
Our team is multidisciplinary, comprising of professional and qualified experts in the fields of cost consultancy, design/engineering and BIM, among others.
Our team members, a mix of young and experienced staff, hold numerous technical and academic qualifications from Cypriot, UK, and other international accredited bodies.
