Ms Demetriadou, a Chartered Surveyor, joined the company in 2017, after gaining various EU project experience while working in the United Kingdom. Her experience covers both pre and post-contract services, ranging from commercial buildings to residential properties. She heads the estimation department and is involved in the business development of the firm.
She has a strong Cyprus construction industry presence and has been voted as a Treasurer of the Cyprus Association of Quantity Surveyors for the past 6 years.
Qualifications: BSc Quantity Surveying, MSc in Project Management
Accreditation: Cyprus Technical Chamber, MRICS
