Andreas Demetriades

Mr Demetriades, an RICS Fellow, founded the company in 2012 and has more than 35 years of experience in the local and international construction industry. As Managing Director, he is responsible for managing the strategic direction of the company, business development, and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the office.
He has been involved in many iconic projects in Cyprus, including the Elea Golf Resort, Uni-Halls in Nicosia, Aliathon Hotel, and the Elysium Panorama Tourist Village in Mazotos. His international experience includes the Lusail Marina and Vendome Mall in Qatar.
He has been voted for 6 consecutive years as the President of the Cyprus Association of Quantity Surveyors, marking a path of change for all the members through seminars and networking gatherings, but also substantial marketing campaigns promoting the necessity of our profession.
Qualifications: BSc in Quantity Surveying
Accreditation: Cyprus Technical Chamber, FRICS
