We are DG Jones Demetriades, providing specialist consultancy services to the Cyprus construction market and the surrounding European region. We have established a well-regarded reputation for our professional expertise over many years in cost management and project management, together with a wide range of complementary services.
Our Story
In May 2012 Andreas Demetriades FRICS established A Demetriades & Partners LLC in Nicosia, Cyprus, with the aim of providing quantity surveying services and operating as cost and project management consultants. From the beginning, we aimed to be a trusted partner to our clients, following the highest professional standards and keeping up to date with the latest technological innovations. Over the next decade, our company built a loyal client base, retaining many clients for more than 10 years, and today the client base continues to grow.
In October 2022, DG Jones and Partners acquired A. Demetriades & Partners, marking a new chapter in our company’s story. This strategic partnership will enhance our capacity to provide cost consultancy and will operate under the name DG Jones Demetriades. We continue to offer proven consultancy services while embracing new technologies and look forward to serving our valued clients in new ways
