Mr Pericleous joined the company in 2019 after employment in a chartered quantity surveyor’s office for 22 years. His key responsibility in the company is as lead reviewer for the Pre-Contract Department, ensuring that all tender documents are of the highest quality. He has been involved in significant projects in Cyprus, such as the LOEL Factory, EAC offices in Larnaka and Ararat Grand Residence in Pareklisia.
